The successful candidate will be responsible for building high-quality web software with the Ruby on Rails framework. Specifically, the Software Developer will be maintaining the existing web app, participating in the planning/creative phase to expand the app to meet the needs of a growing company and its customers, and maintaining the hosting platform for the app. Job Functions: Collaborate on defining clear requirements, deliverables, and milestones for new features. But in general, we've been moving toward RoR for a long time, just because it's so easy to push out really high quality work quickly.
