Hey guys, my company is assisting in the search for a full-time RoR

We are presently seeking a Software Developer to work on web app for a
nutrition and weight loss client. The successful candidate will be
responsible for building high-quality web software with the Ruby on Rails
framework. Specifically, the Software Developer will be maintaining the
existing web app, participating in the planning/creative phase to expand the
app to meet the needs of a growing company and its customers, and
maintaining the hosting platform for the app.
Job Functions:
Collaborate on defining clear requirements, deliverables, and milestones for
new features.
Research, design, test, develop, and deploy new app features to increase
company and client satisfaction.
Continue development of app backend to allow non-technical employees easy
access to user and product management as well as reporting capabilities.
Maintain existing app and features.
Maintain hosting platform.
Required:
Linux server management (preferably Ubuntu)
Ruby on Rails 2.3.* experience
Experience with Subversion
Basic webdesign (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues
Experience with MySQL.
Desired:
Ruby on Rails 2.3 -> 3.0 migration
Experience with Javascript libraries such as JQuery, Prototype, or
Script.aculo.us
Experience with Watershed API
Experience with SpeedTax API
Knowledge of XMPP
Completion of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college
or university in computer science or a related field.
